I've shopped with this company multiple times without any trouble. However, since January 2023, I can't place an order because my shipping gets denied, so I can't complete the checkout. The only reply I've received from them was automated, and it didn't really solve my problem.

I was thrilled to discover a UK shop for resin materials! The variety of glitters and pigments they offer is just amazing (forgive the pun xD) - I can't get enough of their glitter choices, and I frequently find myself grabbing several items at a time - their range for handmade jewelry is also superb, I really enjoy shopping with these folks! <3

Awesome business, I really can’t find anything to complain about. I purchase all my resin, mica, and jewelry supplies from resin8, and it always arrives fast. They respond to my questions right away. The customer support is top-notch, and the team goes above and beyond. I had an issue with a mold once, and they refunded me immediately and sent a replacement at no cost. I truly adore this company and can’t recommend them highly enough!

Awesome Items from a great company. For more than two years, I've been placing orders at least three times a week, and everything has consistently been spot on. I'm really into my Coat-it resin; it's vegan-friendly and, most importantly, VOC-free <3

First off, that confirmation email was just awesome! I really appreciated it!

Regarding my order, everything showed up on time, was nicely packaged, and matched the description. The quality feels solid based on what I've tried so far. Can't wait to place more orders!

I was really let down after I made my purchase and paid for everything, including the shipping that was advertised. I even got a confirmation for my order, but then I received an email asking for more money because 'the courier wanted a hike' ??????? I refused to pay that! Seriously, why would a company do something like this???
In the end, I didn’t pay the extra charge, and they claimed they would send the package as a 'GESTURE.' But what actually happened was they sent a prepaid package, so now I have to cough up more cash to clear it through customs, or else it’ll be destroyed!!
I’m going to file a complaint with ADR!!
This won’t be forgotten.
Watch out if you’re ordering from abroad!!!!!

I made two purchases from them. On the first one, one of the ink bottles leaked and got all over the package and me. It wasn’t their fault, and they quickly sent a replacement.

For the second order, I got a message from Royal Mail saying it was delivered, but it wasn’t. They advised me to reach out to the seller since only they could sort it out. Resin8 replied, suggesting I go back to Royal Mail and even mentioned they can be a hassle sometimes. I returned to Royal Mail, showed them the email, and they checked again for me. The package was meant for me, but they had the wrong address, so that’s clearly on Resin8. I haven’t heard back from them despite sending multiple emails. Royal Mail is trying to find my package today, so I might still get my stuff, but right now, I’m in the dark.

I won’t be ordering from them again, unfortunately.

I've placed a handful of orders with this company. Typically, I go for the eco-friendly glitters, the dust-like varieties. I gotta say, they’re a joy to work with, especially when you're aiming for that subtle sparkle effect without going overboard.

I’m so over the moon with my buy that I even dropped a review on another site and shot them a message to say thanks! I've shopped with Resin8 a handful of times, and each time, the quality of what I got has been outstanding! The mica powders are just gorgeous! Whether you want matte, glittery, shimmer, or pearly, they’ve got it all, and the colors are simply stunning! Plus, it’s budget-friendly, and you don’t need much to get great results. I ordered some mica powders yesterday around 12:30 PM, and they showed up at my door by 11:00 AM today (I picked the 2-3 day delivery option), so I’m really impressed with how fast they got here!

The customer support was just fantastic! I got my order at last, and it was packed up really well. I ordered some white pigment from Resin8 to be shipped to Malaysia. At first, I went with untracked shipping, but it didn’t show up (might be lost). Kate and Ellie were super helpful and quick to respond. Kate suggested I switch to tracked shipping and just cover the extra cost for that.

I get my supplies from Resin8, and I've also checked out their HQ for a class. What a wonderful team they got, super helpful and nice. The quality of their products is great, and the class was amazing as well.
